Join us for another evening of healing, self-reflection, and community at Seven Arrows Farm! In sacred space, we will celebrate the summer solstice by reflecting on what spring has offered us, and embracing the arrival of vibrant summer energy. This event will include:

• A brief overview of the summer solstice, it’s energetic qualities, and tips for making the most of this fruitful shift in the seasons

• Solstice-inspired guided meditation

• Soothing sound bath infused with individual and group energy healing

Please bring anything you need to sit or lay comfortably (e.x. yoga mat, blanket, chair). We will have a very limited number of chairs, yoga mats, and blankets available for use.
